We stayed in what used to be the power house when Silver city had electricity. It was actually one of the first cities in ID to have electricity. World War II saw the loss of that. It had a large living area, kitchen, two bathrooms and the only real bedroom downstairs. Upstairs was a bedroom that you had to walk through to get to the loft. The loft was wall to wall mattresses with almost everyone sleeping up there. Between 3 babies, 2 toddlers and 20 something other people you can imagine how well sleeping went.

One activity we all enjoyed doing was playing horse shoes. They have a big horse shoe pit there where thy have an annual tournament on the 4th of July. We had our own tournament and Megan was the winner of that! I beat Jonathan when we played.
