Aspirations

The following conversation took place in the car yesterday morning when I was dropping the kids off at school. A little background: Emily had to go to the doctor yesterday to get her shots to get registered for junior high. One of the kids asked if you had to get shots before going to college. I then had three of my children promptly tell me that they weren't going to college, they were going to be ice cream men. One then informed me he wasn't going because he was going to be a magician. Benjamin announced he wanted to be an elephant. But then said, "But elephants are big. I would break the college. I'll have to be a baby elephant." I then informed them that they were all going to college!
