From the mouth of Ryan this morning as we drove the kids to school in the rain, "It is also raining at Maggie's hose, and it is raining in Chinese, it is raining at daddy's work, and it is raining at camping. They better have brought umbrellas or they will have to stay in their tents."

Another funny thing he is doing lately: Last week in preschool they made bread, so he came home with a paper chef's hat and proclaimed that he now knows how to cook. Ever since then he insists on making his own peanut butter sandwich for lunch. First he had to put his chef's hat on, then he pushes a chair to the counter and makes his sandwich. A couple of days ago the chef's hat went missing, yet low and behold he is still able to make his sandwich even without his hat. He is truly talented!
