Birthday Boys

Ryan turned 4 on Friday. For his birthday, Ryan wanted a Pillow Pet, something he has seen on tv. He named his Pillow Pet, Charlie. Here's a few things about Ryan, he is super friendly and outgoing and talks non-stop! He talks to anyone and everyone, including complete strangers in the store. He likes to collect "special" things in bags, back packs, etc. and keep them all to himself. He is often a pretty intense kid who's initial reaction is to scream and he's very demanding and wants things immediately. He is a fun kid and we love having him in our family.



Benjamin turned 2 on Sunday. Sunday is when we celebrated both of their birthdays and the Ericksons came up for cake and ice cream. Benjamin was very intent on ripping off the wrapping paper. Benjamin is obsessed with dogs and shoes. He will wander down the street to play with the neighbor's dog, and if you don't put shoes on him he will find shoes to put on himself. When he talks every noun has an "uh" sound in front of it. "uh dog" "uh ball." And when he is in agreement with you he doesn't say yes he says, "mmm." "mmm, want milk." He is a sweet, funny, precious little boy who we love very much and who brightens our days.
